Position Responsibilities:
A: Social media platforms: Focus on Facebook (main) and Instagram (main), with optional participation in X, YouTube and LinkedIn.
1. Content creation and planning • Plan and propose content for publications, including graphics and videos. • Graphics are usually designed by national designers. • Simple videos are edited in-house, while more complex or longer videos may be edited by national video editors.
2. Daily operations • Manage daily posts and interaction with followers. • Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through the platforms.
3. Community Management • Manage groups on Facebook and LinkedIn by responding to comments, private messages and questions from users. • Maintain active interaction with followers. • Quickly handle negative feedback or disputes to protect brand image.
B: Sales
1. Collect information about customers and the Polish market.
2. Sale of products, including photovoltaic inverters, batteries and energy storage systems (large commission).
3. Participate in various sector fairs and periodic company meetings. Offline visits to clients, etc.
Requirement: Polish and English can be used as working languages.

Job Responsibilities
- Responding to the Polish hotline
- Customer service online, in the WhatsApp group or by email. (Flexible hours, probably 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
- Timely feedback on after-sales technical difficulties to the Chinese team.
